In reference to your letter of 16th, we shall be glad to know her you have any further advice from Hong Kong in regard to this

in the Sailors' Home at our expense until they could be returned to hut that again would not be fair to the Shipowners' interest. The arran, ement which has been agreed as a equitable one is that the shall be paid off in accordance with the Agreement. They have their s to draw, which will sustain them for a certain time, and then, if become distressed seamen, the cost of returning them will have to efunded to the Board of Trade by us.
